December 8, 2009 - Lynn Manternach elected vice chair to UI journalism school Professional Advisory Board
MindFire Communications President Lynn Manternach, Ph.D. will spark some fires among future communicators this coming year as the vice chair of the University of Iowa School of Journalism and Mass Communication Professional Advisory Board.
As the vice chair of the professional advisory board, Manternach will work with the other 36 board members to help provide guidance to faculty, students and administrators at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
“This board is made up of professionals from across the country who have the knowledge and experience to help the School prepare for a rapidly changing communications landscape,” said Manternach. “It’s a thrill to be able to work with people who are so supportive of Iowa’s future communicators. I can’t wait to see what we’re able to accomplish in the coming year and beyond.”
