Who are the team members involved with the website redesign?
Who are the decisionmakers?
Please also briefly describe your internal approval process. This information is needed for building milestone schedules (e.g. sitemap, wireframe, design and prototype approvals).
Who is the primary contact for domain-related questions/information?
When the new site is ready, someone will need to update your domain’s DNS records to point it (and any other relevant domains) to the new server.
What site redesign goals will your team be monitoring?
Examples: Improving brand/customer experience, customer conversions, efficiency from an administrative standpoint, etc.
How will your organization measure the success of your new site?
Success might be measured by overall site traffic or visits to specific pages, downloads, generated leads, referrals, etc.
What tracking code/pixels do you actively use?
Are there any you want to add or remove?
What do you like or dislike about your current website?
Are there specific pieces you currently have that you wish had been done differently?
What do you like or dislike about your competitors’ (or similarly sized) websites?
Please include any relevant URLs.
Are there websites (not just industry-specific ones) to which your team gravitates?
Do you have examples of sites that achieve one or more elements your team would like to incorporate into your site? Please list their URLs and the goals/tasks they accomplish.

Please list the target audiences in order of importance, starting with the most important. Target audiences include: businesses, in-house attorneys, entrepreneurs/startups, families/individuals and employees.
