When the new site is ready, someone will need to update your domain’s DNS records to point it (and any other relevant domains) to the new server.

Success might be measured by overall site traffic or visits to specific pages, downloads, referrals, generated leads, etc.
What analytics platform will be utilized, if any?
Example: Google Analytics, Adobe, etc. MindFire strongly encourages the utilization of an analytics platform. Google Analytics is free.
Are there any pixels/tracking code you actively use?
Example: Facebook, Google AdWords, etc. Are there any you want to add or remove?
What do you like or dislike about your current website?
Are there specific pieces you currently have that you wish had been done differently?
What do you like or dislike about your competitors’ (or similarly sized) websites?

Are there websites (not just industry-specific ones) to which your team gravitates?

Is an Articles section or Blog needed?
An Articles section or Blog would be used to publish content about product applications and stories (e.g. customer stories or case studies). This is only recommended if your organization plans to publish content on an ongoing basis.
Do tradeshows your organization will be at still need to be published on the site? Do you have any feedback regarding the current tradeshow landing page functionality?
There are currently no forms on the site. Would you like to add a Contact Us form, or any other forms for things like lead generation or brochure requests?
Would your team like to add a Careers or Employment page to the site? Would you like the ability to post job openings?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Have you had any exposure to Google Search Console or any other SEO-related aspects of your website? Would you like make ongoing SEO a priority after your new site launches?
What additional functionality is needed?
Please identify any additional functionality desired but not mentioned above. These requests can be quoted now or added later as line items and but it’s helpful to have an idea about what’s coming so the site can be developed accordingly.
