In 2007, Lynn co-founded MindFire Communications, and since then, she has been helping companies understand the most powerful aspects of their brand through stakeholder research. With a journalism and research background plus her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees, she also helps hire and mentor Arsonists who have the spark MindFire clients are looking for. Outside of work, Lynn and her husband are working on seeing as many 80s/90s bands as possible and have seen more than 400 bands since 1981.
Erik likes to see the “big picture,” and he uses that viewpoint to create integrated marketing communications strategies for MindFire’s clients. He spends his days thinking through big, face-grabbing ideas that help clients make more money and turn consumers into customers. When he’s not busy doing that, he likes to spend time with his family, traveling and fishing.
With 28 years of experience, Kyle has worked with a diverse range of companies including Hitachi, the Kansas City Chiefs, and The Learning Channel – to name a few. As a senior graphic designer, he can design just about anything, and he uses all that experience to provide direction within MindFire’s art department. When he isn’t creating awesome deliverables, he likes spending time with his family, woodworking and attending classic car shows.
Using her more than 14 years of experience, Inga earns the trust of companies and helps them take their brand to the next level through strategic content development. Her world revolves around content for companies’ websites, social media channels and PR materials. Outside of work, Inga likes to spend time with her family, read, run and eat.
With more than 13 years of diverse work experience, Kristin is always ready to tackle companies’ marketing needs. She develops campaigns, manages projects and even travels across the country to create multi-platform content. Plus, she’s not only a high achiever in the office; she’s also a supermom to her super cute little boy.
