Lots of ad agencies talk about the importance of research – but MindFire actually has a tried and true research expert as one of its owners.

Yup, that’s right. Lynn is our in-house research maven who geeks out over research reports and gets positively giddy at the thought of an xy scatter chart. And, frankly, we like it that way. Because without her, we wouldn’t be able to help you understand the attitudes and behaviors of your customers and provide you the insights needed to more effectively communicate with them. Those insights become the foundation for effective and creative communications that connect and cut through the clutter.

Lynn has worked with a notable bunch of big brands, including Cleveland Clinic, United Airlines, The Associated Press and MSNBC.com.

Erik is a true believer. Not a true believer in the “chase-you-down-the-street-wearing-a-sandwich-board-and-a-cheesy-grin” way, but in the “let's-do-advertising-that-doesn't-suck” kind of way.

Erik has more than 20 years of experience and has earned a reputation for bringing his clients a continuous stream of hot solutions that ignite business growth and truly impact the bottom line.

He has tried on many different marketing disciplines for size, which gives him the “big picture” view necessary to put together integrated marketing communications strategies for clients. He has worked on a variety of clients, including Modern Woodmen of America, Hitachi, RK Dixon, Bergstrom Inc., John Deere, Komen Race for the Cure and Waratah.
