When the City of Rock Falls approached us to help raise awareness for the FIBERNET internet services we were fired up to get started. We started with the basics – key messaging and a creative campaign with a fun and engaging tone. Next, we implemented a strategic social program designed to educate and drive people to sign up. The result? A branded look and voice for FIBERNET that cut through the clutter to effectively increase sign-ups by 140 percent, website sessions by 1,635 percent, social impressions by 781 percent and engagement by 1,066 percent.
