MetroLINK is an entity that communicates very heavily with the public at large. As a result, it can be tempting to create social updates that read like a newsreel about route or schedule changes.
Metro partnered with MindFire to help ensure its social messaging reflected the MetroLINK brand and raised awareness about its services. We began by creating consistent messaging around its services and developed a campaign that really drove home why Metro provides value. We called it “The Driving Force of the Workforce.”
With the concept in place, we started integrating the language and corresponding graphics into all social content. The result? Clear, consistent brand messaging that lit a social spark on Metro’s social platforms.
