Building a strong brand requires consistency and discipline. Take Niabi Zoo as an example. We started by creating strategic messages for all external communications. Next, we used those messages, along with a refreshed visual identity, in social media to raise brand awareness with visitors and potential visitors. Next up - newsletters, print ads, zoo signage and more. With a solid foundation in place, we launched Niabi’s new website in fall 2018 – NiabiZoo.com.
