MindFire named one of the “Coolest Places to Work” in the Quad Cities
December 11, 2023 | Denise Hnytka

Cool workplace.  Fiery Creative.

We like to think that’s what you get when the talents of our writers, creators, designers and brand arsonists are put to work for our clients.

MindFire Communications is honored to be on the list of the “Coolest Places to Work” published in the Quad Cities Business Journal.

It’s our team of Arsonists who made the recognition possible. That’s why we asked them why MindFire is such a cool place to work.

“The secret sauce at MindFire is definitely our team of smart, talented and creative arsonists.” - Kristin Stires, Brand Arsonist

“The best part about MindFire? The people. Everyone at MindFire is so uniquely talented and knowledgeable. The level of creativity produced on a regular basis is truly amazing.” - Amanda Bertolozzi, Brand Arsonist

“MindFire is a workplace that encourages creativity and fosters a service-first mindset, all while genuinely caring for the work-life balance of its employees.” - Kyle Menster, Account Arsonist

When it comes to delivering the best possible results for our clients, Co-Owner and Design Arsonist Kyle Krier sums it up best.

“A project is never about just one person, and every creative function works with the other. Design integrates copy. Media buys align with the design and copy to reach the right audience. Storytelling comes through in public relations and social media. Research leads to sound decisions and proven value in key performance indicators,” said Kyle. “We’re fortunate to have clients who trust us with their brands. We think they’re pretty cool, too!”

The “Coolest Places to Work” project is a collaboration between the QCBJ and Workforce Research Group. To participate, employers must complete an assessment of their workplace through a survey of employees.
