March 22, 2011 | Inga Rundquist

MindFire Communications recently received its accreditation by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets the organization’s standards for trust – eight principles that summarize the important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business:

  1. Build trust
  2. Advertise honestly
  3. Tell the truth
  4. Be transparent
  5. Honor promises
  6. Be responsive
  7. Safeguard privacy
  8. Embody integrity

According to BBB, every year more than 65 million consumers rely on BBB Reliability Reports and BBB Wise Giving Reports to help them find trustworthy businesses and charities across North America. Visit www.bbb.org/us for more information.
